Variable Rates: Cab charges may vary based on the specific cab chosen, considering factors such as distance, overnight stays, toll charges, and other incidental expenses borne by the driver.
Local Sightseeing Restrictions: In certain tourist destinations like Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and Sonmarg, local cab union regulations restrict drivers from providing local sightseeing services, adhering to area-specific rules and regulations.
Driver Availability: Our drivers are available from morning until evening to accompany you throughout your journey.
Additional Charges: During summer and winter, additional charges for AC usage may apply, up to 500/day.
Winter Restrictions in Gulmarg: In winter months, there are restrictions in Gulmarg, where cabs are not allowed beyond Tangmarg. Guests may need to avail of a separate cab from Tangmarg to Gulmarg, with additional charges applicable for this service.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations made more than 18 days before the arrival date, a 25% retention charge will apply.
Cancellations made less than 18 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.

Refunds, if applicable according to the cancellation policy, will be processed within 2-3 weeks from the date of cancellation.
