For all Cancellations:

• Cancellation made before 18 days of the arrival date will incur a 25% retention charge.
• Cancellations made less than 18 days prior to the arrival date will result in a 100% charge.

Refund Process:

• If you are entitled to a refund according to the cancellation policy, it will be processed within 2-3 weeks from the date of cancellation.
